The East Plaza Development “Property” is an exclusive group of properties in the exclusive Country Club Plaza area of Kansas City Missouri. The development plan includes two (2) twelve-story towers that will contain a 150- to 250-room hotel, approximately 50 luxury condominium units, spa, restaurants and specialty retail. The plan calls for a parking structure incorporated into the development, which presently has 266 parking spaces. The owner has engaged Warmbrodt Hotel Investments, Inc. (“WHI”) to solicit indications of interest from high end luxury hotel franchisors, developers, and operators for either the outright sale of the development rights of the hotel, or to form a joint venture in the development of the Property.
